He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Patton Jr. and Ollie Hawkins Patton; and his siblings, Sherwood Patton, Francis Patton, Freda Crum and Alberta Samons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Willie Patton of Quicksand, Carol Ramey of Drift, Patricia Lynn Jones of Prestonsburg, Gedric Samons of Martin, Kentucky and Host. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
