She is survived by: her parents, Anthony Halbert (Barbara Ann) of Virginia and Debbie Page Hale (late James Keith) of Martin; her husband Jamie Johnson; her daughter BrendaLynn Charley of Pike County, Kentucky; her brother Zachary Tyler Halbert (Christina) of Martin, Kentucky; her nephews, Lyam Alexander Halbert and James Eric Halbert; her aunt Donna Fairchild (Jason); and her cousins, Katelyn, Kiana and Micky.
