She was predeceased by: her parents, Roe Ousley and Gracie Robinson Ousley; her siblings, Willie, Leroy, Ronald Ray, George P, Grover Ousley and Emma Jean McCoy; and her granddaughter Jennifer Cumberledge.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Cooper (Kelly) of Ostrander, OH and Tammy Cooper of Martin, KY; her siblings, Michael Ousley of Lexington, KY, Darrell Ousley and Madonna Duncan (Roy) of Prestonsburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Jessica Presley (Matt), Gary Cumberledge (Charlena), Felicia Vonville and Matt Cooper (Samantha). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
