He is survived by: his daughters, JoAnn Chaffins of Garrett and Connie Slone Hall of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Amanda Mullins, Kaitlynn Slone, Emily Triplett, Shai Cox, Kaleb Joseph Isom Chaffins, Chloe Slone and Morgan Hall; his great grandchildren, Vanessa Mullins, Alexis Mullins, Christina Mullins, Delilah Ramey, David Joseph Slone and Jaxon Sudduth; and his siblings, Willie Slone of Menifee County, Bobby Slone of Wayland and Anna Sue Gibson of Lexington.
