West Kendrick of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; his grandparents, Rebecca, Harold Boyd of Banner, Kentucky, Stephen and Charlotte Parker of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; his great-grandparents, Roy, Melissa Ratliff of Winchester and Loretta Williams of Jeffersonville, Kentucky; his aunts, Aly Parkes, Kaitlen Potter and Danielle Newsome; and his uncle Chase DiBell.
