She was predeceased by: her husband Harold B. "Flint" Osborne; her father James S.; and her brother James Gordon. She is survived by: her son Harold Gordon Osborne (Rita) of Martin, KY; her grandchildren, Kimberly Whitt (John) and Bryan Osborne; and her great grandchildren, South (Alli), Natalie (Aaron Dyche) and Caroline Whitt.
