He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Howard (DeLong); and his sons, Lyndel and Phillip Howard. He is survived by: his wife Delia Howard; his daughters, Elaine Stanley (Donald) and Connie Weimer (Frank); and his niece Shirley Davis. He is also survived by grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
