Webb and Gertrude Hopson Webb; his grandparents, Earl, Lula May Webb and Branch; his siblings, Merle, Kenneth, Sheba Prater (late Walker), Sharon Webb, Patricia Maynard (Alden), Cheryl Lynn May (Charles G.), David Webb and Thomas Dean Webb (Teresa); his sons, Thomas Edward (Wendi), Earl Stephens (Shelia) and Dr. Keith Phillip Webb (Sonja); his grandchildren, Kyle S. Webb, Justin T., Hunter and Hannah; and his great grandchildren, Colton Thomas Webb and Berkley Rose Webb. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
