He is survived by: his son Korbin Tackett of Sandy Hook, Kentucky; his siblings, Isaiah King of West Liberty, Michael Johnson of Melvin, Kentucky, Abigail Tackett (Dalton) of Sandy Hook, Samantha Cantrell (Gregory) of West Liberty, Jessie King (Clayton Rogers) of McDowell, Kemtucky and Ashley Serrano (Emilo) of Stanville, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Harlan, Harrison, Sophia and Chelsea. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
