He was predeceased by: his parents, Venis Conn and Dakota Conn; and his brothers, Bailey Crum, Harold Crum, Woodrow Crum and Jay Crum.
He is survived by: his son Cory (Hannah) of Richmond; the mother of his child Sherry Conn of Garrett; his siblings, Bud Crum (Brenda) of Pikeville, Jimmy Crum (Karen) of Prestonsburg, Dottie Layne (Bobby) of Michigan and Pauline Gardner (Clayton) of Salyersville; and his close friends, Lee Slone, Curt Stamper, Hillard Crum and Jackie Samons.
