He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ward and Marcella Layne Ward; his son Timmy Ward; his siblings, Bobby Ward and Billie Jean Ward; and his granddaughter Tameka Marie Ward.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy Ward, Todd Ward (Nedra), Trenton Ward (Betty) and Terena Lovern (Rodney). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
