He is survived by: his wife Lois Skaggs; his children, Steven Todd Skaggs (Kayla), Stephanie Nicole Cox (Christopher), Julie Ann Skaggs (Jacob Henderson) and Jared Isaac Skaggs (Jeannie); his grandchildren, Nathan Cox, Trent Skaggs, Troy Thompson, Olivia Skaggs, Tyler Cox, Madison Thompson, Jocelyn Skaggs, Isabelle Cox, Hunter Skaggs, Sophia Henderson, Landon Skaggs, Nina Skaggs and Levi Skaggs; and his sister Barbara Hall. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and in-laws.
