He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Turpin (Darrin) of Madison, Lesa Mattingly (Chris) of Martha, Brenda Marichal (Arnie) and Rhonda Shockley (Josh) of Berea; his siblings, Paul E. Keaton and Mary Rowland of Paintsville; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Mattingly, Bradley Mattingly, Grace Turpin, Keaton Shockley and Loryn Shockley.
