He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Coffey and Viola Slone Coffey; his brother Jerry Coffey; and his granddaughter Brooke Sargent. He is survived by: his wife Martha Perry Coffey; his daughter Tammy Cope (Roy) of Berea; his grandchildren, Holly Kirby, Michael Cope and Keith Cope; his daughter Deanna (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Steven Jones, Matthew Jones and BreAnna Sargent; his daughter Melissa Combs (Donald); his grandchildren, Misty Combs and Dalton Gabbard; his daughter Jeannie Johnson (Emmitt, Jr.) of Paint Lick; his grandchildren, Kristie Cain Lawson, Kevin Cain and Jessica Johnson; his daughter Kristie Rawlins (Danny) of Berea; his grandchildren, Brittany Stone and Alex Sizemore; his daughter Jennifer Rivera of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Skylar Davis and Jareth Davis; his sister-in-law Patty Coffey; his niece Geri Ann Price; and his great-nieces, Amber Coffey and Kaley Price. He is also survived by 31 great grandchildren.
