He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Skaggs and Gladys Skaggs (Sparks); and his sister Dianna Keeton. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Hall and Wilbur "Herbie" Skaggs Jr.; and his sister-in-law Lois Skaggs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
