She was predeceased by: her father George; her husband Freeman A. Keith; her children, Sherry Elaine Keith and Donald Keith (Sandra Baird); her grandson David Keith Wilson; and her sister Nadine Cochran.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Dale Keith (Kyu-Song) of Radcliffe, Kentucky, Jeanette Sears (Robert Lee) of Stearns, Kentucky, Ruby Taylor (Lester) of Marshes Siding, Kentucky and Jennifer Wilson (Michael) of Stearns, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jerry Keith (Deana), Cathy Sagne, Michael T. Keith, Serena Taylor (Eric Iseral), Sara Poynter (Joe) of Erin, E. F and Evan M. Wilson; her great grandchildren, Ethan Iseral, Emily Taylor, Preston Keith, Addison Keith, Victoria Sagne, Jordan Sagne, Luke Poynter, Layne Poynter, Logan Poynter and Landric Poynter; and her sisters, Mabel Spradlin (Ray) and Arlene Dorrell (Dan) of Brookville.
