He is survived by: his wife Betty Daugherty (Worley); his daughters, Paula Daugherty Jones (Tim) of Marshes Siding and Michelle King (Ronald) of Strunk, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ronald "Ronnie" King, Caitlin King (Ryan Branham), Dawson Lynch, Garrett Jones and Timothy Allen Jones; his great grandchild Memphis Jones; and his siblings, Henry Daugherty of Whitley City, Terry Daugherty of Arizona, Randy Daugherty of Oregon, Jerry Daugherty of Oregon, Bernard Daugherty of Oregon, Walter Edward "Eddie" Daugherty of Oregon, Ann Sigler and Mildred Kidwell of Oregon.
