He was predeceased by: his son Robert Wayne Sparks; and his siblings, Loretta Sparks, Etta June Ward and Beecher Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Ruby Mullins Sparks of Marrowbone; his daughters, Connie Scott (Andrew) and Carman Parker; and his grandchildren, Caleb Weddington Scott, Logan Henderson Scott, Jacob Cane Parker and Bristol Gage Parker.
