She is survived by: her children, Thomas Kevin Hopkins of Elkhorn City, KY, Calvin Bentley of Frankfort, KY, Jessica Tackett of Marrowbone, KY, Zelbann Hopkins of Marrowbone, KY and Melissa Adkins of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Katlyn Hopkins, Jessalan Perry, Hannah Sanders and Payton Newcomb; and her siblings, Darrell Bentley of Elkhorn City, KY, Jimmy Bentley of Elkhorn City, KY, Ruth Slone of Elkhorn City, KY and Reable McCown of Shelby Gap, KY.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
