He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Justice and Elsie Lee Hunt Justice; his daughter Olivia Jordan Justice; and his sisters, Joyce Chaney and Barbara Sayers.
He is survived by: his children, Ramona Justice Vikan (Todd) of Fernandina Beach, FL, Morgan Nichole "Nikki" Justice of Lexington and Aaron Jason Justice of Pikeville; and his sisters, Geneva Blair (Larry) of Regina, Bertha Adkins (J. D.) of Regina and Kathy Matney (Buddy) of Regina.
