He is survived by: his wife Becky Carmon Dowell; his children, Chelsea Gregory (David) and Ryan Dowell; his grandson Kyler Goodwin; his parent Josephine Dowell; his parents-in-law, Linda and Ron Pederson; his siblings, Dwayne Dowell (Debbie), Tammy Caraway, Janice Keel (Doug), Renee Dowell and Anthony Dowell (Rachel); and his brothers-in-law, Chris Carmon (Amy) and Doug Hargrove. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
