He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Osborne and Alice Cambron Osborne; his wife Nancy Browning Osborne; and his children, Marilyn Beckers and Pat Osborne.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Osborne, Wanda Reck (Ron), Terry Osborne (Theresa), Keith Osborne (Kim) and Christina Osborne; and his children-in-law, Val Beckers and Kathy Osborne. He is also survived by grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
