He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Hinton and Deloris Hinton; and his brother Richard Hinton. He is survived by: his wife Terry Hinton of Marion, KY; his children, Deloris Hinton of Marion, KY and Nathan McCarty of Washington; and his sisters, Ruth Waters, Kathy Sayre and Beth Lynn.
