With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sam Smith of Marion, Kentucky, born in Princeton, Kentucky, who passed away on March 14, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Smith and Louise Jackson Smith; and his siblings, Charles, Shellie and Linda Jane Brindley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Sharron K. S McDaniel (Billy) of Fancy Farm and Brad Smith of Kuttawa; his grandson Cameron McDaniel (Jasmine); his great grandchild Baker McDaniel of Mayfield; and his siblings, Rosie Carner (Jimmy) of Caldwell County, Pat Jenkins (Mike) of Christian County, Rufus Smith of Princeton, Johnny Smith (Gloria) of Princeton and Richard Smith of Parker, Colorado..
