He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Padget of Marion, KY; his children, David Padget of Springfield, IL and Michelle Perry (Tim) of Normal, IL; his stepson Brent Krug (Virginia) of San Bernadino, CA; his grandchildren, Trenton, Jordyn Perry, Michael and Kyle Padget; his sisters, Betty McGill, Carol and Janet Dunaway of Granite City, IL; his parents, Dale Padget and Marguerite Cook Padget; and his sister Cathy Barber. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and a sister and brother in law.
Memorial contributions may be made either to the Mattoon Volunteer Fire Department or Mercy Health Hospice. Envelopes for those donations will be available at the funeral home.
