He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Rolley (Dennis) of Coal City, IL, Stephanie Travis (John) of Marion, KY and Jeremy Montalta (Denise) of Marion, KY; and his brother Tom Montalta (Debbie) of Melissa, TX. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
