He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Thomas of Marion, KY and Meshea Crysup of Port Angeles, Washington; his brother Patrick Ellis Thomas of Boulder, CO; and his grandmother Ginny Leonberger of Shawneetown, IL. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
