She was predeceased by: her husband William D. Clark; her close friend Jack R. Richardson; her parents, Eugene Jennings and Corine York; and her siblings, Regina Hill Woodall and Doyle Jennings.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jo Woodall of Marion, KY, Rosanne Chandler of Marion, KY, Billy Don Clark of Marion, KY and Jesse Carl Clark of Gillette, WY; and her sisters, Donna Kay Minton of Marion, KY and Sandy Newell of Madisonville, KY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
