It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Dale Shinall of Marion, Kentucky, who passed away on December 5, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther "Toot" Shinall and Louise Hearod Shinall; his son-in-law Randy McDonald; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Trammell and Bobby Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda McCarlie Shinall of Marion; his daughters, Pepper Yancy (Chris) of Fredonia and Valerie Newcom (John) of Marion; his grandchildren, Taylor Yancy, Travis Yancy, Johnny Newcom (Tracye) and Marilyn Smith (Julian); his sisters, Glenna Rowland (Steve) of Fredonia and Joyce Harper Trammell of Fredonia; his brother-in-law George "G. W." McCarlie; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Ethridge, Angela Seibert, Bobby Joe Harper and Ty Harper; and his pet LuLu. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and special companion.
