He is survived by: his mother-in-law Marie Rushing; his sisters-in-law, Charlotte Chandler, Teresa Hughes (Howard), Anita Pritchett (Tim) and Linda Thacker (Jerry); his children, Chad Chandler (Lorye), Heather Champion (Loren) and Holly Jo Lewis (Chad); his nieces and nephews, Kennedy Hughes, Ethan and Braxton Lewis; and his close friends, Brad, Tina, Jessie Walker, Frank, Damita, Jake Papineau, Jennetta, Jamie and Cody Travis.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mapleview Cemetery (505 W Bellville St, Marion, KY 42064).
