He was predeceased by: his brother Eddie Barlow; and his parents, Richard Barlow and Henrietta Stanfield Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Barlow of Marion, KY; his children, Don "Rusty" Allen of Crossville, IL, Mindy Green of Benton, KY and Rachel Thurston (Mitchell) of Benton, KY; his brother Kenny Barlow (Bernedine) of Reidland, KY; and his grandchildren, Elijah David Allen, Mason Green, Carter Green, Cooper Green, Reese Thurston, Weston Thurston and Ella Thurston.
