He was predeceased by: his parents, Jervis Milam and Fran Renwick Milam. He is survived by: his wife Tanya Milam of Marion, KY; his children, Rebecca Repass (LeAnna) of Atlanta, GA and Jonathon Milam (Meg) of Truckee, CA; his stepchildren, Jodi Bauer (Steven) of Madisonville, KY and Travis Martin of Clovis, NM; his siblings, Jamie Barnes (William) of Burna, KY, Jerrie Capp of Bristol, WI and James Milam (Diane) of Wadsworth, IL; and his grandsons, Nolan, Silas, Jasper and Isaac.
