He is survived by: his parents, Gary Mike and Elaine Hendrickson; his wife Melissa Hendrickson of Marion, KY; his children, Mason Hendrickson of Marion, KY and Addison Hendrickson of Marion, KY; his stepchildren, Tucker Atchison and Chaylee Wolf of Marion, KY; and his sister Jamie Mitchell of Alvord, TX..
