He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Crawford and Bonnie Crawford; his wife Melva Dean Crawford (May); his brother Roy Paxton Crawford; his niece Amy Crawford; and his nephew Frank Crawford.
He is survived by: his brothers, Odell Crawford of Marion, KY, Richard Crawford of Salem, KY and George Crawford (Barbara) of Salem, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Bob Crawford, Oscar Crawford, Ann LeCompte, Georganna Ellis (Randy) and Stacy Puckett (Justin).
