She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Jo Koscinski of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Sydney and Jacob Koscinski of San Antonio, TX; her nephews, John Hamilton of Marion, KY and Jason Brantley of Iowa; and her niece Nari Hadden of Iowa.
