He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Quertermous (Wallace); his stepdaughter Misty Johnson (Tyler) of Calvert City, KY.; his stepgrandsons, Gage and Grayson Johnson; and his siblings, Billy (Cindy) of Joy, KY., Barry Taber of Fountain Run, KY., Cathy Quertermous of Salem, KY., Terry Gibbons of Possum Trot, KY. and Sherri Quertermous of Burna, KY.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
