He was predeceased by: his father Leon Robert Spiegel. He is survived by: his wife Cherie Spiegel of Marion, KY; his children, Michael Thompson Spiegel (Audrianna), Marissa Spiegel (David), Luke Spiegel, Kylie Spiegel, Jake Spiegel and Desiraie Harper; his mother Susan Ann Spiegel; his sister Stacy Spiegel; and his stepmother Cheryl Spiegel. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
