He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Phillips; his parents, Henry Barbee and Bertha Phillips, Sr.; and his sister Edwina "Winkle" Belt. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Belt (Jerry Ray) of Marion, KY. and Tammie Kolb of Madisonville, KY.; his grandchildren, Leslie Belt, Staci Blackburn (Ryan) and Laura Faughender (Travis); his great grandchildren, Kolbey, Aubree Faughender, Anna Beth and Ryder Blackburn; and his brother-in-law Colonel Paul (Ret).
