He is survived by: his brother Skip Hawkins of Marion, KY; his sister-in-law Rachel Ford of Paducah, KY; his nieces, Hilary Ford of Louisville, KY, Hailey Nolan (Patrick) of Louisville, KY and Cassidy Hawkins of Somerset, KY; and his grandson Kanyon Piper.
