She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle G. Polk, Sr. and Ina Polk; and her sisters, Margaret Jean Riley and Billie G. York. She is survived by: her siblings, Linda Perryman and Doyle G. Polk, Jr. of Marion, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
