He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carter of Marion, KY; his stepchildren, Michael McNeely of Metropolis, IL and Kimberly Lee of Paducah, KY; and his grandchildren, Katelyn McNeely and Jae Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
