She was predeceased by: her husband Jay Conger; her parents, Charles Elvis "Fat" and Fannie Pearl Watson; and her siblings, Linda Odom, Charles Calvin and James "Bud" Watson.

She is survived by: her sisters, Elsie Watson Vigneau of Lafayette, TN and Alice Faye Watson Bomia of Marion, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
