He is survived by: his parents, Rebecca McDowell and Robert McDowell of Marion, KY; and his siblings, Ranetta McDowell of Marion, KY, RaShawna Tinsley of Marion, KY, RaKara Allen of Marion, KY, Stephanie Carter of Paducah, KY, Crystal Baxley of South Carolina, Rob McDowell of South Carolina and Tim McDowell of Nevada. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
