He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Pugh; his children, Donna Scott (Jamie) of Paducah, KY, Charlotte Pugh of Paducah, KY, Mickie Topp of Charleston, SC, Kelly Brawner (Stacey) of Gallatin, TN and Kim Mathis; his grandchildren, Trevor Travis (Kendall) of Charleston, SC, Andrew Scott (Stephanie) of Paducah, KY, Jordan Nichols (Tyler) of Paducah, KY and Katie Woodruff of Metropolis, IL; his great grandchildren, Dawson Travis, Ansley Travis, Carter Scott, Ariana Scott, Harper Nichols and Tucker Nichols; his sister Mary Pugh; his nephew Chris Pugh; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Pugh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
