He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassan (Bahia Karam) and Charly; and his siblings, Rafic, Fadi, Wafic, Marie and Moha.
He is survived by: his wife Marion Lay Karam of Lexington; his sons, Eric "Todd" Karam (Joann) of Cleveland, Anthony "Tony" Karam (Kayla) of Lexington and Stephen Karam (Sarah Moon) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Courtney Karam Call, Alexander and Mildred "Millie" Karam; and his siblings, Tom Karam (Jenny) of Montreal and Mona Rizk of Beirut. He is also survived by many extended family members and close friends.
