She is survived by: her brother Billy Carter of Marion, KY; her grandchildren, Shane Armstrong of Marion, KY and Maggie Tabor of Louisville, KY; her sister-in-law Agnes Armstrong Brown of Marion, KY; her nephew Tracy Armstrong of Murray, KY; and her great-nephew Landon Tracy Armstrong of Murray, KY..
