He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Douglas and Joan Evans Holcomb (Joy); and his grandparents, George Vernon, Jeneva Holcomb, Ervin and Carnia Woodall.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Holcomb of Marion, KY; his siblings, Nancy Saavedra of Frances, KY, Laura Holcomb of Crown Point, IN and Michael "Mike" Holcomb (Laurie) of Marion, KY; his children, Shawn, Billy, Jr., Laura Lee, Elliott and Adrian; and his stepchildren, Jenifer of Michelle, J. R., Brad, Stephanie, Curtis, Katina and James Rodney. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
