He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Morris (Thacker); his children, Billy Ray Morris (Cassandra Herald) and Jeany Phillips (William) of Beattyville, KY; his grandchildren, Justin Lee Phillips of Beattyville, KY, Heather Lynn Hogue of Beattyville, KY, Joshua Phillips of Beattyville, KY and Lance Parker Morris of Beattyville, KY; and his great grandchildren, Aleah Phillips, Justin Phillips Jr., Toby Phillips, Isabella Hogue and Catherin Hogue. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
