He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Morgan and Evelyn Gallimore Powell; and his siblings, Sunny Wayne Powell, Bunnie Gene Powell (Winston) and Tamara Powell Dunaway.
He is survived by: his siblings, Letitia Powell King of Lexington, KY and Gayle Morgan Powell of Ragley, LA.; and his close friend Gerry Conner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
