He is survived by: his daughter Monica Antle (Jason) of Mannsville; his siblings, Peggy Newton of Louisville, Carol Gathof (Rick) of Louisville, Lois Brown of Campbellsville, Gail Blankenship (Jimmy) of Greensburg, Linda Barnett of Alabama, John Michael Smith (Shannon Pryor) of Louisville and Billy Smith (Carla) of Campbellsville; and his grandchildren, Christopher Benningfield (Alee Bush) and Manda-Lynn Benningfield. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
